Tracy’s Journey

In 2016, Tracy Scott was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and since this diagnosis, she has experienced many of the symptoms commonly associated with MS, including pain, fatigue, changes in mobility and vision challenges.
Like many living with MS, Tracy faces the uncertainty of not always knowing how she will feel from one day to the next and as a mother of two teenage boys, her responsibilities cannot pause because of her diagnosis. Daily life has to continue, and so she learned to navigate her health while raising her children and remaining active in her community.
Over time, Tracy has recognised how little understanding there is around MS and how isolating that lack of awareness feels. So she began sharing her experience more openly, with the goal of helping others better understand the condition and the realities of living with it and from that commitment, Support Multiple Sclerosis was founded.
The organisation focuses on awareness, education, mentorship, and sustainable fundraising initiatives that assist individuals and families affected by MS. What started as honest conversations has grown into something far greater than she imagined – a space where people affected by MS can find but genuine understanding from someone who lives it every day.
Tracy’s vision is to expand this work nationally and, with the right support, internationally, ensuring that more people have access to knowledge, community, and practical assistance
